Legendary songwriter Hank Cochran has passed away according to a release starting his publicist: Last nighttime, Jamey Johnson, Billy Ray Cyrus and Companion Cannon dropped by to sing songs with Hank, and this morning the legendary songwriter was surrounded by family and acquaintances when he passed away at his Hendersonville, Tennessee home. A confidential, family memorial will be held in the near prospect, and a public service will stay on. Details will be forthcoming.
