Despite the 90-day rehab sentence handed down by Judge Marsha Revel, it seems Lindsay Lohan could be leaving the UCLA Medical Crucial point as early as today. According to Gossip Cop, the “Median Girls” actress was assigned a new judge for her case, and Judge Elden Fox is in the administer of issuing an order that LiLo be released. Yesterday, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appeared in court to crash that Lindsay was misdiagnosed and wasn’t in the dire state that she was originally thought to be in.
Judge Marsha Revel had previously ordered Lindsay to waste 90 days at UCLA. A court hearing is scheduled tomorrow, even if we’ve learned Lindsay will not be there.
