The actress was released starting jail after ration 13 full days of her 90-day sentence for violating her ordeal stemming starting a 2007 DUI. Lohan was freed early due to excellent behavior and excess numbers at the jail. After leaving the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, the ‘Median Girls’ star reported to rehab to fulfill the second requirement of her sentence — that she waste 90 days in a full-calculate remedy facility. “She was released at 1:35AM. She has been sent directly to her next destination, which is a behavior crucial point. And she will now be below the supervision of the LA County ordeal department. This concludes her custody,” Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore unwritten, according to PEOPLE.
She also faces a year of random drug testing. The 24-year-ancient actress must stay clean and sober until August 2011, when her ordeal term expires.
